An operator of Iron Dome—Israel’s defense system—told Daily Mail that he witnessed how ‘the hand of God’ worked when incoming Hamas rockets were headed toward major population centers in Israel. Hundreds people could have died, especially when the operator missed firing the interceptor twice. Suddenly, Iron Dome showed a major wind coming from the east; a strong wind that sent the missile into the sea. If not by the hand of God, how could such thing happen?
In this life, how many times have we experienced similar things? We work hard to ‘destroy’ our problems, but on the contrary, they are getting closer and threaten us even more. However, the problems can be solved unexpectedly. If not by the hand of God, how could such thing happen?
The author of Psalms said that God used an east wind to shatter the ships of Tarshish. God also almost shatter Jonah’s ship with a great wind. However, He is the same God who calmed the storm. God makes the wind and calms it as well. Our God can do everything.
Do you believe that through storm (such as problems and troubled people around you) you can find the way out? Yet God can calm the storm so you will find peace.
Which storms are you dealing with right now? Which big troubles do you have? They could be ‘storms’ that God uses to repair your life, but at the same time, God might calm them. We don’t know which way God would use, but you should believe that the hand of God works to solve your every problem.
The fierce wind blowing would not torment you. Instead, it would be a way out as long as you trust God with all your heart and believe that His hands work to deliver you.
