If He gives His only child to us, what prevents Him to give us every incredibly goods? Therefore, just believe that He is working all things together for good to all of us who believe in Him. Just believe in Him, that's enough.

He that spared not his own Son, but delivered him up for us all, how shall he not also with him freely give us all things? (Romans 8:32)
