Moreover I saw under the sun: in the place of judgment, wickedness was there; and in the place of righteousness, iniquity was there.

Many people who have been treated badly due to other’s mistake or fallacy will sue the offender. But there are many cases processed legally that fail—the right people do not get justice and the criminals are released from punishment.
We see that in news or box office films. Naturally, we long for justice, but in fact we do not get it easily. In the world history, King Solomon, the wisest man who ever lived, has experienced the feelings of frustration and disappointment. He found that nobody is perfect and able to uphold the justice perfectly (Ecclesiastes 3:16)
If we put our trust in imperfect people, we will be disappointed. But Solomon with his wisdom added verse 17: "God shall judge the righteous and the wicked, for there is a time there for every purpose and for every work."
You will be disappointed if you look for justice from humans, because the perfect justice can only be found in God alone. He is a righteous judge who judges us according to our deeds.
The Everlasting God will bring the light of justice to judge the sin that seems win and the mistakes that look right in this world.
