Deuteronomy 30:19

I call heaven and earth as witnesses today against you, that I have set before you life and death, blessing and cursing; therefore choose life, that both you and your descendants may live;

All of us want to seek the best in everything—when we choose the vegetables in the market, or choose the education, choose a house, and choose a life partner. One will meditate, consider, and compare one to another in order to get the best choice. Thus, he/she will make decision based on what he/she perceives the best.

We cannot imagine someone would say, “I choose this one, because I believe it is worse than that one.”

God give His people freedom to make a choice. In Deuteronomy 30:19 God has set before us life and death—and God wants us to choose life.

Life is full of many choices. The choice of life determines the next step. Every decision will affect someone’s future and the people surround his as well. The freedom to choose is along with the Word of God that warns us about the truth.

The word of God shapes our mind and leads us to make decision. We will find that His way is always much better.
