In this temporary life, Paul reminds Timothy not to fear; and so do we. The spirit inside us is of power, love, and a sound mind. When you think you lose, defeat this world with these three things.

For God has not given us a spirit of fear, but of power and of love and of a sound mind. (2 Timothy 1:7)
