We may see what happened to Haman. He hated Mordecai as he did not respect him as well. His heart was burnt out so he had hatred. Then he shared his bitterness to his wife and all his best friends. They suggested him to make gallows so that Mordecai could be hanged on the gallows.  But what happened? The gallows was eventually used to hang him.

Every deed which is based on a burning heart and anger usually can harm us. We formerly wanted to wreak our anger to those who make us disappointed, but it unfortunately turned against us. Furthermore, it would be worse when we ask advices to wrong people.
