Colossians 3:15
Bible Reading for a year: Psalm 145, Revelation 1, Zechariah 11-12
A statement which written on the back of a truck passing on the highway tickles my heart. A statement which in my opinion it was not a usual statement and rise a serious thinking in my heart. If fear is not an option, so what option that we own?
Sometimes, it is not easy to let fear control our willing and our emotional than allow peace of God ruling in our heart and our mind. By His words, God says to His people for many times,” do not afraid and do not trembling.” Through Christ who is with us then there is no one who shows his fear.
There is a certainty that when we get along to this life, we should deal with problem. There is no one, including you and I will be away from problem. But Jesus’s promise in John 16:33 is very clear.
The actual problem began when you let your mind get out of your mind and fill your hear with fear. It is easy for every us to get slippery in fears. Fears can come anytime without any warning. In the midst od our problem, you could be afraid. On that time, there is enemy who ready to fill your mind with analysis from every detail that might happen in the situation you face.
If you hear all those lies then in the short time you begin to trust that thing and sure that God is unable to interfere in saving your life. The fact is there none bigger than God. Even when gravel has a potential to get you down, it is clearly in His eyes. It is not only gravels, a big mountain is not a problem for Him (Mat 21:18-22).
Faith is a key to overcome and defend fears in every field of your life. Even though you find out yourself in fear, please start to say God’s words every day. By doing this, your self-confidence will be built to trust Him wholly in faith (Jeremiah 23:29). Remember that fear is not an option!
Faith is a belief to what God saying while fear is a belief to what evil saying.
