do good; dwell in the land, and feed on His faithfulness. Delight yourself also

Disaster, war, conflict
many negative things become main interest of media such as printed matter, television,
even online media. We also deal with life’s pressure and bad economy. Many
people will do anything to make their life easier.
Instead of doing bad
things like consuming drugs or clubbing, let’s look at an advice from Solomon,
son of King David:
A merry heart makes a
cheerful countenance, but by sorrow of the heart the spirit is broken.
(Proverbs 15:13)
Yes, we’d better choose
to be cheerful in God rather than be pessimistic and bitter. Because those who
have a joyful heart is not only healthier, but also younger as written by
Solomon.
Build a healthy sense of
humor; smile to people around you. Thus, we can be positive people and spread
the positive influence to people you meet.
Joy is the lubricant for
the soul that will relieve the pressure in our lives, but on the contrary,
sadness is a poison that pierces our heart gradually and weakens not only our
bodies but also our minds and hearts. The choice is ours.
