I have called you friends

Christ came to the world filled with as many problems as we have today—the short lifespan, the endemic disease, and the slavery in all over the world. Widows, orphans, the disabled, and the sick have no refuge while facing adversity.

For those who lose the joy of the life, Jesus says, “I have come that they may have life, and that they may have it more abundantly.” ([bible]0john10:10[/bible]).

For those with heavy burden and shame due to sins, He says, "Son, be of good cheer; your sins are forgiven you." ([bible]matth9:2[/bible]).

For those who have no friend, He says, “No longer do I call you servants … but I have called you friends,” ([bible]0john15:15[/bible]). His words can heal everyone.

The world has radically changed since the first Christmas. However, our problems remain. And the good news is, Christ still comes to us to clean our shame, gives us future of hope, and heal our wounds with His love.

The Lord Jesus always has the right words for every circumstance.
