Many Christians complain and grumble every time they are in the midst of trouble and sorrow. Let us learn from the life of the apostle Paul, an evangelist which God uses in amazing ways.
Though he has served the Lord, was Paul’s life trouble-free? No, it was not. On the contrary, Paul’s daily life was full of trouble and struggle. However, it did not cause him to lose spirit but he kept serving God and preached the gospel instead.
What makes Paul still strong and able to endure trouble? It is the sacrifice of Christ who died on the cross. He learnt that “all who desire to live godly in Christ Jesus will suffer persecution” (2 Timothy 3:12)
Every believer lives in the grace; however, it does not mean our life will be trouble-free. Problem and suffering may come, but though in the midst of trouble the grace of God will sustain and help us so that we are able to go through anything.
