God uses ordinary people to do great things. We sometimes look for any famous star that will perform in a scene; God is apparently creating an unknown person even the person that we never heard before.
Remember when the giant Philistine challenged the Israel. Each person becomes weak with fear. So, who is that God has chosen? He chose a shepherd boy who had been sent by his father to bring food to his brothers who were in the front row. He stepped facing the giant with stones and a sling, and the most important is, faith in God. That's the kind of person who God used.
At other times in the history of Israel, when this nation was paralyzed due to fear of his enemies, the Lord met a threshing wheat man. His name is Gideon. He was convinced that God was calling the wrong person. But God chose him because he was not confident with his own abilities. Gideon should believe and trust in God only.
If you have faith in God, if you believe that God can use you, if you are willing to take any step in faith, then God can do great things through you. I 've said many times over the years, that God is not looking for ability but willingness. He can give you the ability over time.
