"How can a young person stay on the path of purity? By living according to your word"
Bible Reading for A Year: Psalm109; 1 Peter 1; Ezekiel:23-24
God wants us to be young Christian people who have quality and different life of other youngster especially who live outside of God. Even though they are still young but they have integrity and do not compromise with sin.
They have some courageus to say no and refuse any invitation or habits that are not pleasing to God even though it has risks: being abandoned and ostracized by their friends.
What God wants is that we stay away from youthful lusts, because any desire to fulfill lusts will only lead us to destruction. Therefore we must have intimacy with God so that we might receive the strength in order to reject any existing lusts.
The Apostle Paul advised, "Don’t let anyone look down on you because you are young, but set an example for the believers in speech, in conduct, in love, in faith and in purity." (1 Timothy 4:12 ).
Youth is the golden period for us to maximize our potential and encourage us to do our best in every way, whether in speech, behavior, love, faithfulness, diligence and holiness.
