Isaiah 49:15-16
Can a mother forget the baby at her breast and have no compassion on the child she has borne?
Though she may forget, I will not forget you! See, I have engraved you on the palms of my hands; your walls are ever before me.
Bible Reading for A Year:[bible]Psalm10[/bible];[bible]Matth10[/bible];[bible]iiChr22[/bible]
One of the members of the Church congregation has come to Joel Osteen and shared about his severe living conditions, "Joel, I have been praying for my condition for years, but I do not see anything happens."
This man feels being forgotten by God. As if heaven is silent while he cried for years for help. Have you ever experienced a similar condition with this guy?
Maybe, this is about a dream that is not realized yet, or spouse who has not repented, maybe even this is about the diseases that are not healed yet. There is one thing that we need to remember, God will never forget us. Even God cannot forget us. As the prophet Isaiah wrote, even human beings could forget their own children, but God cannot forget us, man whom He had formed with His own hands.
God describes us in the palm of His hand, even in Romans 8:34 NKJV version is written that Jesus is now constantly intercedes for us. If there is a saying that says that God has left us alone in suffering, then it is the words of the evil.
The Bible records the stories of characters that experienced the same thing. Joseph was sold by his own brothers, expected during 13 years he suffered, but he still believed God and depended on God. Jabez, he was despised by his people, but his prayer ultimately generated fruits. Job, all of his children died, his property was robbed, and his wife insulted his trust in God, even his friends judged him. But in the end, God defended Job.
Believe me brothers, God's favor will happen, sooner or later, He will help us in His way and His wonderful time, as long as we do not get tired and continue to hope in the Lord.
We're not the ones who forget God, because God has been painting faces of each of us in the palm of His hand.
