1 John 1:3
We declare to you what we have seen and heard so that you also may have fellowship with us; and truly our fellowship is with the Father and with his Son Jesus Christ
Bible Reading for A Year:[bible]Psalm134[/bible];[bible]iiCor7[/bible];[bible]iChro3-4[/bible]
The floodwaters ([bible]Genes8:5-13[/bible]) which Noah and his family had experienced is so dramatic. According to the theory of Science Communication, Noah was actually running two functions at once, as a source (first person who knows the situation and gets involved in it) and a messenger (journalist) from what he observes. It’s like a journalist, Noah is very anxious for what would happen in every time.
According to the rules in Science Journalism, if only what Noah had already experienced going on now, or if only there have been already TV, newspaper, or internet at that time, what Noah reported will have a good value, because he was in there directly. His reports/news then automatically must have been quoted by many Medias. No one can replace how precious a witness is.
As Christians, we often call activity to share the experience of faith as a "witness" or "make a statement of faith". This is an accurate concept taken directly from the Bible. John, the disciple of Jesus as well, writes, "We have seen it and now we testify and proclaim to you of eternal life, which was with the Father and has been revealed to us. What we have seen and we have heard it, we proclaim to you. "(1 John 1:2,3)
If you know Jesus as Savior and have experienced His love, mercy, and forgiveness, you can tell about Him to others. You don’t need to study theology or particular position. When the time has came to tell the wonderful story to someone about how Jesus Christ can change human life, no one can replace you as the first witness.
TO TESTIFY WHAT CHRIST CAN DO TO THE PEOPLE, YOU CAN START IT FROM YOUR LIFE.
