but the seventh day is a Sabbath of solemn rest, a holy convocation. You shall
do no work on it ; it is the Sabbath of the LORD in all your dwellings.

If a computer or a smartphone has
memory overload due many running applications, then the device will run slower
or have an error / be broken. Excessive burden is not only bad for an
electronic device; if the human has excessive work load he also can be
stressful.
One of the signs of the excess
burden is extreme fatigue that causes someone losing interest, desperate and
wants to stop working. According to one study, this time in America nearly 62%
of the workers were experiencing overload. The same thing may happen in us
right now.
Many people experience fatigue
because of excessive working hours. In the end it is bad for their physical,
mental and spiritual health. But God knows that man needs a break, even He gave
the example and command clear about this declaring the Sabbath holy.
On this Friday, we are reminded
again to set time to rest because if people are overworked, they could no
longer productive, and the result might be destructive. Prepare yourself to
enjoy the Sabbath at the end of this week, where you can relax physically and
mentally. In addition, use your break time at the end of this week to
strengthen the relationship with God and your family.
Everything
has a limited ability to work, there is time to stop and rest so that you can
begin to get back to work again later with more effectively.
