Psalms 36:7

How precious is Your lovingkindness, O God! Therefore the children of men put their trust under the shadow of Your wings.

Many couples celebrate Valentine with joyfulness. But there are also some people who have a broken heart. One of my friends told me his love story. He admitted that he likes a girl but the love is not openly reciprocated. He experienced an unrequited love.

He was so disappointed because he has sacrificed his mind, soul, energy, and time without any significance response. All things were in vain. He was discouraged and reluctant to know more about love because he did not want to be disappointed for the second time.

Some of us might have experienced the same love story. We have done anything but gained nothing. Love became so meaningless and disappointing.

However, do you know that when we choose to love God more deeply, God will never let us have an unrequited love. God accepts our love to Him. God will return our love with His amazing love and He will not make us disappointed because He first loved us.
