Many wonderful promises that God has provided for us, His people, in this New Year. Almost all of the churches and ministries have claimed His promise that He will give us amazing wonders in this year. However it does not mean that we will go through it smoothly.
As Moses and the people of Israel had His promises going into the Promise Land where milk and honey provided, they should went through problems in order to get there. Even they must have lived in despair as Moses should face complaints and fights from Israel against him.
One thing that we should notice is, when we really want a great miracle, then we must be ready to confront a great war. We never gain what we desire if we are not willing to pay its cost. However, what is the ultimate barrier?
By learning it from Israel when they went into the Promise Land. One thing which made them had to die in the wilderness is about their distrust. They did not believe when God took them defeating other nations although they had seen many miracles in their journey for 40 years in the wilderness. Another barrier is about complaining. Their tongues could not tell the blessings unless doubts, critics, complaints, and demands.
Let us put our faith in God this year. All His promises are revealed by His power and not by our strength. So, be rest assured! Second, let us pronounce our faith, keep away your complaints, critics, demands, and gossips. Let us also be grateful for His blessings.
Our faith could be seen by words and our behavior. He only asks us to believe and step by faith. Therefore, Do it!
