Bible Reading for A Year:[bible]Psalm69[/bible];[bible]Hebre3[/bible];[bible]Micah6-7[/bible]

The eyes of God look upon those who come to Him by repentance and a broken heart. He is not looking for our offerings; He does not need any gold, silver and our wealth. He wants our hearts looked upon Him. What does a broken heart look like?

  1. A broken heart comes by repentance. Likewise David who came admitting all his sins before the Lord, so is a broken heart. He was looking transparent before the Lord; there is nothing covered, no deception, no fraud, no bitterness or anger.
  2. A broken heart is not suing. This man does not have any grudge or sue anybody. A broken heart can be responsible for his deeds; he does not blame anyone, even God for everything that happened.
  3.  A broken heart comes without any certain hope; they come to God sincerely in order to look for His face. He does make any certain conditions for God, there is no word, “but, if, so.”  Those whose broken heart will surrender to God.

God wants us to come before Him by bringing a broken heart, humility, the longing, thirsty and hunger of Him. That’s what makes God coming down from His throne and touching our lives. That’s the time when Kingdom of Heaven becomes real on earth and miracles happen. Do we want experience these every day, don’t we?

Humans think that they can attract God with all glamorous things on earth, but God is looking for something simple, a broken heart before Him.
