Corinthians 10:13
No temptation has overtaken you
except such as is common to man; but God is faithful, who will not allow you to
be tempted beyond what you are able, but with the temptation will also make the
way of escape, that you may be able to bear it .

When he was young, David was a
shepherd. That what makes people wondered why God chose him to be a king of
Israel. Why didn’t God choose someone else, any man with a better job? David
always did his work wholeheartedly. When a lion or a bear came and took a lamb
out of the flock, he rescued them. He had only 2 or 3 lambs, but David did the
best to save them, even his life was at stake sometimes. This is why God chose
David as the king of Israel.
When God put you in a small
community, be the best of you wholeheartedly as you can be for God. God never
sees your appearance or wealth, but He sees your heart. You attitude determines
your action. When you have right attitude, you will do right action, and bring
benefit for others as well.
Did David complain when he met
a lion or a bear? He did not. David believes that God is always with him. No
wonder why David always played harp and composed great psalms. God never gives
you temptation more than you can endure. Your temptations are common to man.
Believe that God always gives a way out for your problems.
The
bigger your test, the bigger blessing God will give you.
