To be a champion, you don’t
need to always win in every race. The true championship is when you rise after
failing. Why is it? It is because you can conquer your defeat.
In Romans 12:11 we read: “not
lagging in diligence, fervent in spirit, serving the Lord”
This verse should remind every
child of God to keep the spirit and passionate in serving the Lord. Why do many
children of God dim their spirit in serving God? This is because they could not
rise from every defeat they experienced. There are many of the children of God
who are not able to truly compete in following God.
What is true race? True race in
God is when you continue to survive and enter in the plan of God with a sincere
heart, without any excuse. That is a true race. Many of the children of God do
not have this in following the Lord. They are not included in the sincerity of
their race. This is the real basis which can make you survive in following God.
What should we have this? It is
because when you fail or something happens not according to your expectation,
you will not be disappointed. We are disappointed when we put our hope in
human.
Put your trust in God and
surrender all of your plans to His hands. You will not be disappointed because
you know that His plan for your life is beautiful. No matter how many times you
fall, just rise up, because God is always with you.
When
you stand firm in the faith, you will not feel disappointed with anything you
have experienced.
