Repentance of Two Young Men Who Found God's Love After Being Gay

LGBT relationships have trapped young people and ruined their image in God. For this reason, CBN is reaching out by sharing God's love through testimonies of people whose lives have been restored through God's love.
This month, we are happy to share the conversion stories of two young people, who had been entangled in same-sex relationships after discovering CBN's broadcast on the internet. This story is proof that your support makes an impact in the mission of proclaiming God's love.
Aron's Story
For four years, Aron (27 years old) was in a same-sex relationship that eventually ended. Since the breakup, his life has gone downhill. He lost his job and spent his days drinking, gambling and doing drugs, leading to depression. Thankfully, your support for CBN's ministry became a way for God to restore Aron's life. He once found his contact for CBN Prayer Center through a Solusi post on Facebook. The testimonies he watched touched his heart because they were exactly what he was going through. So, he was compelled to contact our service to seek prayer support and guidance. The prayer support and sharing space she received gave her the peace she needed.
God has used CBN Prayer Center as a doorway for Aron to find God and repent of his old gay life and nightlife. Aron is thankful that his life is better now. “I am very grateful to the CBN Prayer Center. Although I didn't meet directly, this service became my first step to know God.”
Dandi's Story
For eight years, 25-year-old Dandi was in a gay relationship, which eventually led to him contracting HIV. As his condition worsened and he felt scared of dying, Dandi came across a testimony on Facebook of a solution very similar to his situation. Moved by the invitation to contact CBN Prayer Center, Dandi decided to seek prayer and support in dealing with his illness.
The process of coming out of a bad relationship as a gay man was not easy. But CBN Prayer Center continued to support Dandi relentlessly. He was directed to a local church community that slowly made him seek God more and more.
Although the HIV he suffers from is incurable, the fear that used to haunt him has disappeared. Now, Dandi increasingly relies on God through prayer and praise. He has even been baptized as a commitment to faithfully follow God. “I'm very touched because CBN Prayer Center is willing to help, assist, and pray for people who are never seen. They accept me and still care.”
