Enlightening the Future of Indonesian Children: Transformation Stories at JKI Karangdowo
Holistic Disciple Making Ecosystem
Every child has a story, and every story deserves to end with hope. Thank you for playing an important role in creating a happy ending through your continuous support to CBN. Together, we have brought to life 63 ecosystems that educate, restore and prepare Indonesian children for a brighter future.
With the funds you have donated, we have successfully built a holistic discipleship ecosystem through Super5 Early Childhood & Care Education, Superbook Sunday School, and the School of Life Learning Center, specifically designed for children aged 3-14 in Indonesia. Not only that, we also provide The Parenting Project to support parents in strengthening family foundations.
Beyond education, we also promote the well-being of children from underprivileged families by providing capital assistance for micro, small and medium enterprises (MSME'S) and farmer groups, providing access to clean water, as well as adequate health and nutrition services, all of which contribute to comprehensive transformation for the children and their families.
'Academic education, spirituality, and character guidance are key. Economic challenges of families in Indonesian Christian Congregation (JKI) Karangdowo limit them, but through this program, they can face the future with more confidence,' said Pastor Wibawanto, Coordinator of the School of Life at JKI Karangdowo.
The story of Gibran, a child at the School of Life at JKI Karangdowo, illustrates how this program has transformed his life. Once lonely and falling behind in education because his parents were busy working, Gibran can now read and has new friends to support him.
