ECCE Super5 Helps Viky Overcome Speech Delay Disorder

Far away in the city of Deli Serdang, North Sumatra, ECCE Super5 Yoseba is here to educate children aged 0-6 years. This is the result of the longing of a young mother named Ribka, considering the absence of an Early Childhood and Care Education (ECCE) school in the area where she lives.
Since hearing about the Super5 program from CBN Indonesia, Ribka openly learned to implement LMS (Learning Management System) and Super5-based teaching materials. Thus, in July 2023, ECCE Super5 Yoseba officially operated.
'We still have a lot to learn because previously we had no experience in teaching ECCE, and we are grateful as CBN Partners we can learn from Super5 through Zoom training. We are still limited in facilities, but we have already used the LMS and its modules. Praise God, we are really helped.' - Ribka.
Viky (6 years old), the second of four children from Deli Serdang, North Sumatra, has experienced the impact of discipleship from ECCE Super5 Yoseba. When he first entered ECCE Super5 Yoseba, Viky and his twin experienced speech delays due to a lack of communication training at home.
This deficiency meant they often received bullying from their friends at school. As a result, Viky lost his confidence. Every time he was asked to perform in front of others, he would always refuse. But thanks to the teacher's guidance through Super5 lessons themed 'I am Special', Viky learned to recognize his identity and potential in God.
Continuous support from teachers eventually brought about development in Viky's communication skills. His character has changed to become more confident as he occasionally leads prayers in class and performs singing with his friends.
