From 5-9 April 2023, the CBN Indonesia team together with 16 CBN Partners went on a mission trip to Kupang and East Sumba. This is a different mission trip than before because it is held right in time for Easter 2023.
Throughout the five days, CBN partners had the opportunity to serve the church community (children and their families) in Kupang and East Sumba. Various activities were also carried out, such as holding Super Easter celebration services with children, visiting families of SoL children, holding parenting seminars, visiting the Special Child Development Institute (juvenile prison) in Kupang to holding social services to eradicate head lice for SoL children in Kupang.

Being in direct contact with children and families makes partners enthusiastic. They are very blessed because through community life, partners learn to serve and bless others through moral support as well as prayer.
Here are testimonies from CBN Mission Trip participants:
1. Nuri
'I feel that the Lord did bring me here for me to be edified, strengthened and reminded to bless.'
2. Yudia
'Instead of us just watching and cursing, complaining, we better do something, and I think this is what CBN is doing, and I also want to continue to support (CBN).'
3. Noni
'I hope that in the future, CBN and all of us can be used by God to be a blessing to many people, so that our lives become bright and bring impact to many people.'
4. Uke Dana
'I have never had a ministry in the church, nor have I ever joined any ministry other than the Bible Reading Movement. And God happened to put my heart in NTT, and when I heard the words, it felt affirmative for me. I am very blessed to serve families in NTT.'
5. Faith
'From the beginning it was nice with the little boy. So the joy that has been collected from December can be shared with the children (in NTT).'
From this series of experiences, partners hope that CBN can continue to be used by God to have a wider impact on children, parents and also their communities.
