Finally, This Family Can Eat Enough Every Day....

Kemanusiaan

Smart Anugrah Zega is a child who is active in the Children Learning Center School of Life (SOL) located in Lawira Village, North Nias. He was the youngest of six children. His father passed away since he was six years old, while his mother was just a laborer and stonebreaker in the river.

Their economic conditions are very difficult. The income of Smart Anugrah Zega's mother, Nangin Purba, from the work of transporters and stonebreakers is only about tens of thousands every day. It is not enough at all to meet their daily eating needs, so when there is no money, they only eat sweet potatoes and bananas.

Once, Smart Anugrah Zega got angry and slammed the door of the room because he hadn't bought him new clothes. His wishes, which were unable to be fulfilled by Nangin's mother, also made him like to refute and say harshly. He never felt guilty when he hurt his mother's heart. Until finally, he attended the cheerful Wednesday service held by the Children's Learning Center. Unexpectedly, Jonah's story that was played at that time made him regret his bad attitude and apologize to his mother.

Over the time, Smart Anugrah Zega's attitude began to change. He couldn't even bear to demand anything from his mother. Especially when her mother stopped working because of her weaker physical condition. All they can rely on is praying and believing that God will change the situation of their family.

His mother's prayer was answered. CBN Children's Learning Center not only changed Smart Anugrah Zega's life, but his family's economy was eventually helped by the CBN humanitarian team. Mrs. Nangin got business capital, which was then used to build a grocery stall to sell kitchen needs, credit and gasoline.

Through assistance from CBN, this business continues to grow. From the sales proceeds every day, Mrs. Nangin was finally able to set aside some for sufficient food needs. Smart Anugrah Zega was so happy that he and his five other siblings could eat nutritious and healthy food every day

Thank you CBN Partners. Thanks to your support there are many children and their families who are feeling the impact of CBN's Holistic Disciple Making Ecosystem ministry, which is the discipleship of children and families in one community that has an impact on the spiritual, mental and physical. Let's continue to sow and be the answer for people in need.
