Why is there on/off button on a cell phone? What is the main purpose for putting that button there? On button is for turning the cell phone on and off button is for turning the cell phone off. When you want to make a call with someone, you have to activate the on button, but when you don’t want to make a call, you will deliberately activate the off button.

Many times people activate the off button so they cannot communicate with God. Or, maybe without you realize it, you’ve deactivated the on button for too long. You’re too busy with your own activities day by day. You forget how important it is to activate the on button. The on button is your fellowship with God and meditation of Word of God.

What is God’s promise for activating the on button continually?

God promises you that you will make your way prosperous, and then you will have good success.

Joshua 1:8

This Book of the Law shall not depart from your mouth, but you shall meditate in it day and night, that you may observe to do according to all that is written in it. For then you will make your way prosperous, and then you will have good success.

Your life is way different from a cell phone. God wants you to always activate the on button. Your fellowship with God should be in the morning and at night, in every second. When you activate the on button, you can have a fellowship with God. You will be more sensitive to the voice of God. When you have choices, the Holy Spirit will guide you to decide.

 

When you want to do something, ask the Holy Spirit first because He will give you amazing things for you to do.
