When God chose David to build the
temple, David considered himself as unworthy to manage such great task. Then he
said, "Who am I, O Lord GOD?” At that moment David wondered why God chose
him. However, we should believe that God never regrets anyone whom He has
chosen.
If one day you meet God, what
will you ask Him first? Maybe some of you will ask Him, “Why did you choose me,
God?”
When God decides to love you,
He has no reason at all, because He loves you unconditionally. His love is love
of “even though” and “in spite of”. Even though you are nothing to this world,
God chooses you to be His child.

Corinthians 1:27 But God has chosen the foolish things of the world to put to
shame the wise, and God has chosen the weak things of the world to put to shame
the things which are mighty.
This is how God shows His love
to the chosen people. Even though you are despised, God raises you up high like
the stars. There is nothing you can be proud of, but believe that God knows the
depth of your heart—your desire to follow Him. Dao you realize it? When you are
in comfortable situation, that’s because of His grace. Without God, you are
nothing.
Without
God, ways of the clever are in vain, but blessed are the foolish things of the
world which walk together with God, because they will be more than a conqueror.
